  • Mindfulness coaching is designed to support both new meditators and seasoned practitioners, and welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, genders, and races from anywhere around the world.

  • We work together to heal specific obstacles related to mental and emotional stress through guided meditation and breathing techniques, which complements therapy well.

  • All one-on-one coaching sessions can be customized to fit your schedule and availability. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is conducted virtually. You can book sessions weekly or bi-weekly in advance, or schedule them as needed.

  • Coaching calls are conducted in a safe and private space and will not be recorded unless specifically requested by the client.
