I’m a mindfulness teacher, speaker, coach and writer. My passion lies in helping individuals shift their mindset, restore their energy, and reconnect with themselves.
For many years, I struggled with intense anxiety, panic attacks, and health challenges that negatively affected my relationships and overall quality of life. It took a big leap in making the necessary mindset shifts to trust myself and achieve a grounded, present, and joyful life I once thought was out of reach.
Now, I’m committed to making mindfulness practices accessible and inclusive for everyone. Through my work, I create transformative experiences that will empower you to find balance, inner peace, and purpose in your everyday life.
